The Role - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a wide range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), ADHD, Speech & Communication Difficulties, SEMH, and complex learning needs.
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver personalised support guided by each pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). You will identify barriers to learning, implement targeted intervention strategies, and contribute to a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to succeed.
