As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have a variety of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), ADHD, Speech & Language Difficulties, SEMH, and other complex learning needs.
Working alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff, you will deliver tailored interventions based on each pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will help identify barriers to learning, adapt support strategies, and contribute to an inclusive environment where every child has the opportunity to succeed.
