The Role - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils who have a variety of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), ADHD, Speech & Communication Difficulties, SEMH, and associated learning needs.
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will become part of an experienced multidisciplinary team, working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver high-quality support. Guided by pupils' Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), you will help identify barriers to learning, implement tailored intervention strategies, and celebrate every step of progress.
