EYFS PPA Teacher – Lambeth, SW2 An inclusive and welcoming primary school in Lambeth (SW2) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS PPA Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher looking for a part-time role within a supportive school environment.
The successful candidate will initially work 3 days per week, delivering engaging and creative lessons across the Early Years Foundation Stage to cover teachers' Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time. There is a strong possibility that the role will increase to 5 days per week following the October half-term break, making this an excellent opportunity for teachers seeking a longer-term position with increased responsibility.
The Role
Deliver high-quality EYFS lessons across Nursery and Reception classes.
Provide engaging learning experiences that support children's development and progress.
Maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
Follow school policies and procedures while ensuring excellent behaviour management.
Work collaboratively with class teachers, support staff, and senior leaders.
Monitor and support pupil progress in line with EYFS expectations.The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has recent experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Has a creative and nurturing teaching approach.
Is reliable, adaptable, and committed to supporting pupil achievement.
Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.The School
