About the Role A supportive and inclusive primary school in Lambeth (SW2) is seeking multiple SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team in September 2026. These roles are based within the school’s Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP), supporting pupils with Autism and complex needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-structured specialist setting with small class sizes (maximum 8 pupils), where staff are committed to delivering tailored and meaningful support.
Available Positions We currently have multiple vacancies across different age groups:
1x Reception / Year 1
2x Year 2
2x Year 2/3 (mixed classes)
2x Year 4/5 (mixed classes)
2x Year 5/6 (mixed classes)Key Responsibilities
Support pupils with Autism, complex needs and SEN within the ARP setting
Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs
Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering adapted lessons
Support students with communication, behaviour and social development
Provide personal care support where required
Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environmentAbout You We are looking for candidates who:
Have experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism
Are patient, resilient and nurturing
Are comfortable supporting personal care needs
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Are passionate about supporting children to reach their full potentialInterviews Interviews are taking place next week, with slots available on:
