1 x Year 2/3 Mixed Class SEN Teaching AssistantThe Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve positive outcomes both academically and socially.
Responsibilities will include:

Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), Speech & Language needs, and other additional needs.
Working on a 1:1 basis and with small groups.
Supporting the delivery of personalised learning programmes and EHCP targets.
Encouraging independence, engagement, and positive behaviour.
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and parents.
Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.Requirements We are looking for candidates who:

Have experience supporting children or young people with SEN.
Are patient, caring, and resilient.
Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
Are passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives.
Have school-based experience (desirable but not essential).
