An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a growing private domiciliary care provider in Wokingham. The company is looking for a Registered Manager who leads with fairness, supports the development of others and can provide the office team with clear direction and confidence.
What's on offer:
£42,000-£50,000 OTE per annum.
31 days annual leave.
Free parking.
Ongoing support from the Directors.
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of a CQC registered domiciliary care service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high quality care.
Recruit, manage, mentor and develop the office and care team to improve performance, engagement, retention and accountability.
Maintain high standards of CQC compliance, governance, quality assurance and care documentation.
Build strong relationships with private clients, families and healthcare professionals to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Develop relationships with local hospitals, GP surgeries, community groups and other healthcare professionals to generate private referrals.
Identify opportunities to raise the company's profile within the local community, supporting marketing initiatives and business development activities.
Registered Manager Requirements:
Minimum 1 years' experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care or live-in care.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and governance frameworks.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
