Package & Benefits

Salary £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.

You’ll be joining a growing provider of complex care and domiciliary support for adults and elderly in their own homes. The organisation is focused on quality, innovation, and building services that are clinically robust, compliant, and genuinely person-centred.

Key Responsibilities

Hold Registered Manager accountability for complex and domiciliary services, ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery.
Provide strategic and operational leadership across geographically dispersed teams, including quality assurance, governance, and on-call oversight.
Support service improvement and growth, working with commissioners, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop sustainable services.About You
Current Registered Manager experience within complex care, domiciliary care, or community-based services.
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, and quality assurance frameworks across adult and children’s services.
