An excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and grow a well-established and reputable domiciliary care service in Windsor.
What's on offer:
£40,000-£47,000 per annum.
Performance bonuses for achieving business growth targets.
Additional on call payment of £150 per week covered.
The opportunity to earn the flexibility to work from home based on your success in the role.

Ongoing support from a hands on Director with a background in care.
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
Leading the day-to-day operations of a CQC registered domiciliary care service.
Monitoring branch performance, including profit and loss, while driving sustainable business growth.
Managing, mentoring and developing office and care staff to improve performance, engagement and retention.
Maintaining high standards of CQC compliance, governance and quality assurance.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with private clients, families and healthcare professionals.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities, hospitals and community stakeholders to generate referrals and support business growth.
Registered Manager Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager within domiciliary care or live-in care.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and governance frameworks.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
