Your Impact
As Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in the leadership of the home.
You'll lead shifts, support staff performance, promote best practice and help ensure children receive safe, consistent and high-quality care.
You will also contribute to:
Staff supervision and development.
Care planning and risk management.
Safeguarding and quality assurance.
Ofsted preparedness.
Audits and service improvement.
Operational decision-making.When the Registered Manager is absent, you'll confidently step into the leadership role and maintain oversight of the home.
What We're Looking For
Experience within children's residential care.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and legislation.
Experience leading teams and supporting practice.
Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification.
Working towards or willing to complete a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification.
Full UK driving licence.The Person
