Junior HR Advisor
HR Operations Team
We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Junior HR Advisor to join our knowledgeable and supportive HR Operations team. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and eager to develop their career within HR.
As a Junior HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the organisation. You’ll support a wide range of HR activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service at every stage.
What you’ll be doing

Managing and processing payroll and contractual changes
Supporting family-friendly leave requests
Handling references, right to work checks, DBS/criminal record checks, and professional membership registrations
Administering employee benefits
Supporting the Skilled Worker sponsorship process
Ensuring compliance with CQC standards, employment law, and Home Office regulations
Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries via phone and email, providing initial advice and guidance or directing queries appropriately
Ensuring all HR administration is completed accurately, confidentially, and on timeWhy join us?

What we’re looking for

Excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail

Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credible relationships with colleagues and external stakeholdersExperience

Previous experience in an HR environment would be advantageous
Experience within the care sector is desirable but not essential
