Bring stories to life. Shape how colleagues connect. Make an impact.
We’re looking for a creative and driven Digital Communications Executive to join our Internal Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we communicate across our organisation — from leading our intranet (Hive) to producing engaging, high-quality digital content.
If you’re passionate about storytelling, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy blending creativity with strategy, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
Taking the lead on the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our intranet (Hive), ensuring it’s engaging, user-friendly and accessible for all colleagues
Supporting and empowering a network of Hive administrators across the organisation
Creating compelling content across multiple channels — including intranet, video, social media, blogs and more
Designing eye-catching visuals and campaign assets aligned to our brand
Supporting internal communications campaigns and key transformation projects
Producing and editing video content to enhance storytelling and engagement
Partnering with teams across the business to encourage collaboration and content sharing
Monitoring performance and helping demonstrate the impact of communications activity
What we’re looking for:
Experience (2+ years) in a communications or digital content role
A natural storyteller with exceptional writing and proofreading skills
Strong creative and design capability (Adobe Creative Cloud experience is highly desirable)

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
A collaborative, approachable team player who can build relationships at all levels
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours when needed
Why join us?
Be part of a collaborative and supportive communications team
Play a key role in connecting colleagues and shaping organisational culture
Opportunity to work on varied, creative and meaningful projects
