We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Manager – Transformation & Analytics to play a pivotal role in transforming how Finance supports the business. This is not a “steady state” role — it’s a hands-on opportunity to design, build and deliver a modern, insight-led FP&A function.
You’ll lead the delivery of an ambitious transformation roadmap, moving Finance from manual, fragmented processes to a data-driven, forward-looking and commercially impactful function.
Why this role is exciting

End-to-end ownership of a major FP&A transformation programme

Reduce manual processes and move towards automated, insight-led reporting (Power Query & Power BI)🔹 Enhancing decision support

Develop scenario planning tools and financial models that drive better business decisions
Translate operational drivers into clear financial outcomes🔹 Building forecasting capability

Implement a driver-based rolling forecast model across the P&L
Improve budgeting and planning processes to focus on insight, not data gathering🔹 Leading systems & data enhancement

Shape and implement the future planning and forecasting system
Partner with IT and Data teams to ensure strong data structures and reporting integrity🔹 Embedding change & capability

Upskill teams in automation, modelling, and analytical thinking
Drive adoption of new tools and ways of working across the business
What success looks like

A centralised, trusted reporting suite with significantly reduced manual effort
Finance Business Partners freed up to focus on commercial insight and challenge
Forward-looking forecasting and scenario tools used by senior leaders to make faster, better decisions
Strong data governance, controls and confidence in Finance outputs
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who combines technical expertise with transformation delivery and stakeholder influence:

Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or equivalent experience
Strong background in FP&A, forecasting, modelling and performance analysis
Proven track record delivering finance transformation or reporting improvements
Advanced Excel & Power Query skills; exposure to Power BI is highly desirable
Experience building driver-based models and planning processes
Ability to engage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders
Who you are

A doer and a builder — you turn strategy into reality
Commercially minded, curious and outcome-focused
Pragmatic — you balance pace with quality
A confident communicator who translates complexity into clarity
Why join?

Be part of a high-impact transformation with senior visibility
Shape the future operating model of FP&A
Work in a role that combines technical depth, strategic influence and real delivery
Leave a legacy — building capability that lasts beyond youIf you’re ready to transform Finance, influence strategy and deliver meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you
