PDI Technician roles in Bexley are in demand, and our client is recruiting a PDI Technician to join a high-performing Aftersales team at a busy car dealership. This position supports vehicle preparation and ensures every delivery is safe, compliant and retail ready.

Benefits of the PDI Technician:

Up to £38,000 basic salary with an OTE of approximately £44,000
Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Modern facilities and digital workshop processesDuties of the PDI Technician:

Complete Pre Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on both fleet and customer vehicles
Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including oil and filter changes, using digital write-ups and job cards
Ensure vehicles are compliant, safe and prepared to a high standard prior to customer handover
Follow workshop processes to support consistent quality, efficiency and safe working practices
Work as part of a team to meet vehicle preparation targets and maintain dealership standardsRequirements of the PDI Technician:

A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
Experience as a Technician or Mechanic, ideally with exposure to PDIs and basic service work
Confidence using iPads and digital workshop systems
Strong team approach with the ability to follow process and uphold safety and quality standards
