Service Advisor - Litchfield

Salary: £28,000+ basic (dependent on experience) + uncapped bonus scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30; no weekendsOur client, a well-established franchised dealership in Litchfield, is seeking a professional Service Advisor to join their successful aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor aiming for a long-term career within a respected automotive business in the West Midlands. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service and developing long-lasting customer relationships.

Act as the key link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring the delivery of a first-class customer experience
Handle vehicle bookings efficiently and communicate clearly with customers
Promote relevant products and services professionally and ethically to maximise aftersales opportunities
Identify and explain additional work requirements to customers
Support the achievement of departmental sales and performance targets
Ensure accurate maintenance of customer and vehicle records within dealership systems
Proactively contact customers following service visits to ensure satisfaction
Address any customer concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining long-term loyaltyRequirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised or main dealer environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Professional, confident, and customer-focused manner
Good IT literacy, with the ability to manage and record customer data accurately
Ability to influence and sell value-added products and services
