We are currently working with SEN and SEMH provisions across Havering who are seeking reliable Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.
These schools are structured, routine-driven and ideal for candidates who enjoy consistency and clear expectations.
Your role:
Providing 1:1 behaviour support throughout the school day
Helping pupils stay regulated and engaged in learning
Supporting structured routines and transitions
Using calm, consistent behaviour management strategies
Building strong working relationships with pupils and staff
What we're looking for:
Background in education, youth work, care, or coaching
Strong sense of consistency and reliability
Ability to manage behaviour calmly and fairly
Experience with SEMH or additional needs is helpful
Team player who values structure
