Here, you’ll play an important role on your team working alongside other colleagues on a groundbreaking project under the guidance of our Finance and Innovation teams, and gaining direct mentorship from a Director, VP or higher. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a MBA Summer Team Member, you can expect: 

Opportunties to show off your skillset and be immersed in the day-to-day lives of our full-time team members and leaders, where you’ll work hands-on with with the buisness to help propel the company forward 

Working on a Senior Leadership Project to research and help figure out a groundbreaking innovation 

Developing and presenting business initiatives to senior leadership (including C-suite executives) 

Collaborating with other MBA Summer Team Members 

Attending monthly, one-on-one meetings with your mentor to gain valuable feedback 

Being an important player on your day-to-day team 

Gaining in-depth knowledge on how a successful business operates and strategies, while learning about mortgages! 

Applying your skills and talents to improve processes and work-flow 

Participating in professional development courses to maximize and enhance your skill-sets 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Graduating in 2025 or 2026 with your MBA Degree 

The ability to work full-time, 40-hours a week from May through August, on-campus in Pontiac, Michigan 

Having a 'yes' mentality 

View projects as 'if there's a will, there's a way'

An openness to learning, willingness to be coached and ability to be flexible in an ever-changing industry 

Strong week ethic 

The drive to succeed
