In this role you will focus on administrative tasks to assist project managers, and our project management leadership with organizing and streamlining project activities. These tasks will include coordination of meetings, critical documentation and activities of designated projects to ensure that goals of projects are supported and delivered as planned.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Organize and maintain project documentation in multiple platforms for seamless access and reference
Utilize spreadsheets, presentations and other documents to assist in supporting project delivery
Assist in the preparation and analysis of Research and Development and Capital Expenditure reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial documentation
Perform general data-entry and assist Project Managers in keeping all our project workspaces current
Actively monitor and manage the documentation through the project lifecycle to support post-closure assessments
General organizational support
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Must Have Qualifications:
Comfort in a support role taking direction and task delegation in a team environment
Document management with strong attention to detail and organizational quality
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Familiarity with project management, collaboration software, and processes
Strong process orientation and familiarity with process mapping tools and flow charts
Strong verbal and written communication skills including skills in presenting, editing, and proofreading
Previous experience in project coordination, financial reporting, or a similar role is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports related to Research and Development and Capital Expenditure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus in Excel
