You'll be on the front lines of helping people and families deal with emotional and relational challenges as a member of our team. In addition, you will assist management as a reliable advisor, fostering a positive and healthy work atmosphere for all.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + full benefits
What You’ll Bring:
Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions that help clients address and overcome emotional and relational difficulties.
Perform evaluations to identify root causes of challenges and work with clients to create actionable treatment plans.
Empower clients by helping them view addiction and mental health issues as treatable conditions, offering them a sense of hope and purpose.
Keep detailed records that capture the client’s journey, and communicate effectively with the broader care team.
Offer guidance to management on how to foster a healthier, more supportive organizational environment.
Requirements
· Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
· Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
· Must have experience working with older adults
· Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
