Salary: $110k-$130k per year, plus full benefits
Your Key Responsibilities:
Conduct therapy sessions that promote healing, growth, and positive self-discovery.
Actively listen to clients’ concerns and help them build coping mechanisms and life skills.
Collaborate with families, case managers, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Provide trauma-informed counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
Keep accurate records, ensuring all documentation meets professional and ethical standards.
Requirements
· Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field
· Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required
· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
· Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
· Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
· Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
