Salary: $110k-$130k per year, plus full benefits

Your Day-to-Day:

Facilitate compassionate, individualized therapy sessions that inspire hope and positive change.

Support clients in overcoming trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns through evidence-based practices.

Collaborate with other health professionals to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.

Advocate for clients’ needs, ensuring they receive the support and resources they deserve.

Maintain accurate and organized clinical records to track progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

·         Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field

·         Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required

·         Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

·         Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices

·         Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
