Salary: $110k-$130k per year, plus full benefits

What You’ll Do:

Provide one-on-one and group therapy that helps clients find hope, strength, and direction.

Act as a sounding board and guide, supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges.

Implement evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans that meet each client’s unique needs.

Collaborate with a supportive team to provide the highest quality of care.

Document treatment plans, sessions, and progress in a clear, organized manner.

Requirements

·         Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field

·         Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required

·         Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

·         Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices

·         Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
