Core Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and create targeted therapy plans.
Use therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve function, strength, and mobility.
Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality, patient-centered care.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies and long-term health maintenance.
Maintain up-to-date documentation to meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with EMR software preferred.
