We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic. We are one in providing patient-centered, high-quality academic medicine in a compassionate and equitable manner, while delivering a best-in-class work experience to every member of the team. Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Flexible)
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Patient Volume: 8-10 patients a day
Conditions We Treat:
Lower Back Pain
Shoulder Pain
Knee Pain
Chronic Pain
Neck Pain
Elbow Pain
Osteoarthritis
Types of Patients: Senior citizens/Geriatric Patients
Responsibilities:
Identify and fulfill the objectives and requirements of patients in a healthcare setting.
Manage a workload of 1 patient per hour efficiently.
Possess prior experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient environments.
Provide cost-effective treatments that contribute to the enhancement of clients' motion and mobility.
Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Assess the effects of treatments, monitor progress, and maintain open communication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, re-evaluations/progress notes, daily notes and treatment plans,
Requirements
Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
Strong manual therapy skills and training.
Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
