In this role, you will be a vital partner for our patients on their journey to restore mobility and improve their quality of life. Join our professional team that prides itself on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a state-of-the-art facility.
Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 a year + full benefits
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Assess and address patients' goals and needs.
Provide effective treatment to enhance patients' motion and mobility.
Create and implement individualized care plans employing various treatment techniques.
Educate patients about their conditions and promote healthy lifestyles.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Document patient progress and outcomes meticulously.
Requirements
Requirements:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
Valid New Jersey state license to practice physical therapy.
Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred.
Strong manual therapy and exercise skills.
Familiarity with EMR software (experience with WebPT is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
