Job Title: MultiModality Radiology

Location: Coos Bay, Oregon

Shift Type: Evenings

Hours: Full-Time, 10-hour shifts, 80-hours per two-week pay period

Weekend Requirements: Yes

On Call Requirements: Possible

Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 - $45.00/hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:

The MultiModality Radiology will perform a variety of medical imaging exams for patients of all ages, applying principles, theories, and techniques relevant to their modality to provide reliable test results. This position includes providing daily leadership in managing patient and department workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic medical imaging exams across various modalities (Radiologic Technology, Mammography, CT, MRI).

Apply appropriate principles and techniques to obtain accurate test results.

Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.

Lead daily patient workflow and manage department tasks.

Maintain high standards of patient care and confidentiality.

Utilize imaging systems and ensure proper functioning of imaging equipment.

Education/Certifications/Licenses:

Graduate of an Accredited Radiology Technology Program.

Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in the relevant modality.

Current Oregon license or a temporary Oregon permit for recent graduates pending ARRT certification, to be obtained within one year.

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Image Wisely pledge certificate (within 30 days of hire, renewed annually by January 30).

Image Gently pledge certificate (within 30 days of hire, renewed annually by January 30).

Associate's or Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience:

One year of previous experience in a hospital setting preferred.
