Responsibilities:
The Risk Frameworks department is seeking an intern to join our team as an analyst. In this role, you will support the development, monitoring, execution, and reporting of risk and/or asset processes to meet business needs.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with team members to enhance risk and/or asset management processes and procedures
Assisting in the communication, presentation, implementation, and enforcement of new and updated risk and/or asset management standards, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Promoting best practices and tools for risk and/or asset management and educating business areas on risk assessment processes
Providing support and guidance for resolving risk and/or asset management issues
Researching and investigating emerging risk topics, threats, vulnerabilities, capabilities, and solution options to improve current risk and/or asset management processes
Building relationships with business partners to be a trusted advisor in risk decisions, assessments, and process changes
Applying understanding of all types of risk to support and advance Enterprise compliance, vendor management, asset management, and risk management strategies, policies, processes, and tools for the business areas
Utilizing Agile best practices in day-to-day operations
Working proactively and effectively with business partners and peers through critical thinking, collaboration, relationship building, and influence skills
Demonstrating strong planning skills and a results-driven mindset
Possessing strong verbal and written communication skills
Balancing strong business and risk perspectives
Applying strong problem-solving skills, including understanding the issue, defining action plans and timelines, gaining stakeholder agreement, executing changes effectively, and providing meaningful progress updates
Demonstrating a growth mindset

Eligibility: To be eligible for an internship, candidates must be in an undergraduate, or post-graduate program with a graduation date of August 2025 or later.
Location: This position will be in a hybrid work environment located in Bloomington, IL, or Dallas, TX.
Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship.
For Los Angeles candidates: Pursuant to the Los Angeles Fair Change Initiative for Hiring, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories.
For San Francisco candidates: Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Hourly Rate: $22.00/hour based on a 38.75-hour work week
Selected interns will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend minus applicable taxes.
