The Early Head Start Disabilities Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the developmental progress of infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) for children with disabilities.

Coordinate with community agencies and service providers to ensure comprehensive support services are available.

Conduct regular training sessions for educators on inclusive teaching strategies and disability awareness.

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations concerning early childhood education and special education services.

Maintain accurate records of assessments, meetings, services provided, and outcomes for children with disabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

Experience working with preschool-aged children with disabilities.

Strong knowledge of early intervention strategies and special education laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
