Overview:

With corporate headquarters in New Jersey, the company is on a course of growth leading to activities across the nation.
Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 5,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 10,000 units in the next five years.
Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come join us.
We're currently seeking a full time Executive Assistant
This person will work at our corporate headquarters in Piscataway, NJ
You will work directly for the CEO
Responsibilities:
Dictation - Transcribe, review, and prepare communications on behalf of the CEO
Answer and respond to phone calls; communicate messages to the CEO at the end of each day
Prioritize and respond to all emails
Maintain the filing system
Maintain charitable donation spreadsheets
Update and maintain all executive staff agendas
Conduct monthly credit card reconciliation for 5 plus credit cards
Review all mail for the CEO
Organize meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders when necessary
Manage the CEO’s calendar when necessary
Includes all of the above, but not limited to the listed responsibilities
Qualifications:
Organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe
Flexible schedule
Analytical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time-management skills
Ability to pay attention to detail
Ability to multitask
