Overview:
The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting Massage Envy’s email marketing campaigns. This role will be an important contributor to the CRM team helping to improve member retention and advocacy and driving appointment bookings for Massage Envy’s franchise locations. They will also be responsible for supporting custom email requests from franchise locations.
Essential Functions:
Creative brief development and participation in creative approval process
Coordinate with other departments for integrated campaign execution
Development of targeted audiences for email deployment
Build and execute email campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Assist in developing trigger-based journeys and support test executions
Design and execute A/B tests for subject lines, content and send times
Manage process for email requests from field and build custom emails when required
Partner with Employee Brand team to support email marketing needs
Support updating email scheduling calendar
Ensure all campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM and other regulations
Conduct regular testing for email deliverability and rendering
Participate in reporting meetings, strategy development and quarterly planning
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years of experience in email marketing
Experience with HTML and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong prioritization skills
General Microsoft Excel Skills, comfortable working with spreadsheets.
Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Knowledge of email best practices
Passion for creating best-in-class customer experience
Outstanding communication skills (both oral and written) coupled with the ability to articulate clearly
Strong ability to build relationships
