Our specialists, all board-certified otolaryngologists, are leaders in the treatment of patients with common and complex conditions and diseases.

Responsibilities:

Under close supervision, the lab assistant will assist with delivery and set-up of hearing testing equipment. Duties also include assisting with data backup, literature searches, preparing reports of data that have been analyzed and assist with various administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Required:

Familiar with computer software and databases

Proficient with procurement processes

Ability to function effectively as a member of a team.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, service orientation, active listening, and critical thinking.

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.

Graduation from high school or a General Education Diploma and one year of laboratory experience or two years of college including courses in the natural, physical or social sciences; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; and knowledges and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position.

6 months of relevant knowledge/education or experience

Preferred:

Thorough knowledge and understanding of internal control practices and their impact on protecting University resources.

Interprets related policies and advises customers accordingly.

Reviews and approves financial data and transactions.

Helps train staff and creates effective teamwork environment.
