We can offer shifts Monday - Sunday but we ask that you have some availability for the following shifts:
---> Weekdays: Monday-Friday 10:00am-8:30pm
---> Weekends: Saturday-Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm
This opportunity will require you to work on-site, in a retail warehouse store in the Phoenix area at one or more of the following locations:
Queen Creek: Ellsworth & Rittenhouse
Mesa: Sossaman and 60
Mesa/Gilbert: Country Club & Baseline
Tempe: Elliot & Priest
Phoenix: Grand Ave & 33rd Ave
Our Appointment Generator’s work in the field at our partner retail locations (membership warehouses), greeting and engaging with customers face-to-face while generating interest in scheduling service appointments for residential water treatment and air-conditioning maintenance & replacement. We’re looking for motivated, sales driven & career-minded people to join our field team! Energetic, outgoing, tenacious people who enjoy working with the public and have a little competitive spirit tend to be very successful in this position! This is not a door-to-door sales position; you will be able to take comfort in the A/C of a retail store! The flexibility of the position provides a great opportunity for retirees, college students and those looking for flexible, full or part-time work!
We are also on the hunt for Lead Generators to work our trade shows starting in the new year! These will be full-time gigs traveling store to store within the Valley generating sales leads. Candidates with trade show, road show, or kiosk experience are highly desired. Benefits for full-time associates plus receive a pay differential for working trade shows!
What We Offer
Competitive Pay! $14.35 base hourly rate plus UNCAPPED commission ~ earn on average $25-30/hour! Top performers are making $60k+ per year!

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the company’s products and services
Engage customers in conversation and schedule an appointment for one of our Sales Consultants to visit the customers home to provide an estimates for product and services
Attend required monthly meetings and trainings
Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
Qualifications:
Do I Have What it Takes?
Must have reliable transportation and a smart phone
Must be able to perform independently with minimal supervision
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Standing/walking for sustained periods of time (in an air-conditioned building)
