The Role:
* Support Students: Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural challenges, helping them to engage positively in their learning environment.
* Promote Positive Behaviour: Implement behaviour management strategies and interventions tailored to individual student needs.
* Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to develop and implement effective behaviour plans.
* Monitor Progress: Track and report on student behaviour and progress, adapting strategies as necessary.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEN and behavioural challenges is desirable.
* Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
* Patience and Empathy: A compassionate approach, with the ability to remain calm and positive in challenging situations.
* Commitment: A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN and helping them succeed
