Looking for an Engineering Maintenance Manager?

If you're around Bishops Stortford, Harlow, Stevenage, Ware, or Cheshunt, and you have a knack for keeping engineering departments running like clockwork, there's a golden opportunity awaiting you.

We're after someone who is:
- Electrically biased with a completed apprenticeship ✔️
- Experienced in food or process production ✔️
- Skilled in overseeing PPM schedules, quality, and waste management ✔️

As the Maintenance Manager, you'll report to the Head of Engineering and lead a team of up to 6 direct and 10 indirect members. You'll be at the helm of:
- Leadership and man management
- Project oversight
- Managing contractors on-site
- Distribution of workload
- Staff appraisals
- Meeting KPI targets like Planned Maintenance, Health and Safety, and quality standards
- Providing technical leadership to prevent equipment failures

This role offers a salary of £65,000 per annum with the chance to be part of a leading FMCG manufacturer with a strong client base and continuous growth.
