Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Utilize a range of testing equipment and techniques to ensure product quality and performance.

Perform regular audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Work closely with production and engineering teams to address and rectify any quality-related issues.

Identify and document any product defects or non-conformities, accurately recording findings and providing timely reports to relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain accurate and organized records of quality inspection results, testing procedures, and other relevant data.

Ensure that all quality-related documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and suggestions to enhance production processes and product quality.

Assist in the implementation of best practices to achieve continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant quality and safety regulations.

Promote a culture of safety and quality consciousness among all employees.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field is a plus.

Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and testing procedures.

Familiarity with using various testing equipment and tools for quality assessments.

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in using computer software and applications related to quality control.
