Facility Technician

Part Time

Responsibilities:

A Facility Technician/handyman/maintenance tech assists in maintaining a safe environment in compliance with applicable policies and regulations that enhances the patient, family and employee experience by performing routine and specific assignments.

Duties may include:

General repairs and maintenance 

Completing various tasks, such as basic plumbing, electrical, and painting needs

Performing monthly inspections

Working with team to contact outside vendors for high level electrical, plumbing, or other maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 

Current State Driver's License in good standing required.

Previous experience in similar role preferred

Ability to problem solve effectively
