Description:

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Facilities Technicians for projects located in Honolulu, HI. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $20-24/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

Monitor access to facility 

Control traffic to and from property 

Open gate to allow entrance or exit of authorized individuals 

Check equipment and buildings for signs of intrusion, fire or damage 

Assist with light repairs assigned 

Ensure that all facility grounds are maintained by performing routine landscaping, weed whacking and general maintenance 

Other tasks assigned 

Requirements:

Must have TWIC Card 

Must be a US Citizen 

Must be available for all shifts 

Must have OSHA 10 Maritime 

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read and understand written directions

Proven experience as a handyman, building maintenance technician or related field 

Must have experience using hardware tools 

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs 

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
