Express Employment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Technician. As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the company's facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems, to ensure a safe and functional environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any maintenance needs

Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work

Ensure all systems and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently

Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner

Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the life of equipment and systems

Maintain records of maintenance activities and update maintenance schedules

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field

Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry

Experience in performing repairs and maintenance tasks

Ability to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of safety regulations and practices
