We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented onboarding specialist to join our team and guide new hires through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring their successful integration into our organization.

Role & Responsibilities
Provide necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensuring an effective onboarding process
Assist new hires with the completion of the necessary paperwork, including employee forms and benefits enrollment
Accurately input new hire information into a payroll system, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Guide new hires through the I-9 process, ensuring all required documentation is completed in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all federal regulations related to onboarding and employment verification
Qualifications
1-2 years of onboarding experience is required
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably iCIMS
Experience with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel
Results-driven personality with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with variable workload
Polished and professional presentation and communication style
Must be local to DFW as the role will require in-office presence with the option for some remote work
