General Purpose:

The Receptionist/ Onboarding Specialist position at ASAP Personnel Inc. will involve efficiently

filling job orders, onboarding candidates as needed and managing receptionist duties for all of our branch locations. The employee will be responsible for

establishing and maintaining a robust pool of candidates with the requisite job

skills to promptly and effectively fulfill job requirements.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Picking up incoming calls for all branch locations assisting callers as well as routing the calls to the proper department.

Recruiting and Placing (Over 40% of your daily duties)

Help source and sign up candidates for the leasing class, have a minimum of 5 new candidates per branch location sign up every month.

Make a minimum of 40 effective outbound calls each day.

Have a minimum of 3 new recruits daily. (Recruit, Process and interview).

Have a minimum of 15 new qualified employees each week.

All data entry must be completed daily.

All qualified jobs must be filled by the end of each day.

Manage ASAP Personnel Temp employees, which will include hiring and screening

employees, Creating and posting job ads, placing the best fit for each position, checking

on arrivals, solving day-to-day issues, and proceeding with disciplinary actions as

needed.

May be required to create reports and correspondence.

May be required to resolve timecard and billing issues.

Any other duties advised or assigned by management that may be outside of your job

description, such as onboarding, placement, sales, and administrative task when needed.

Requirements- 1 year of recruiting experience minimum
