Hoop Professional Services is excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a PA to support four Executives within a leading company in the Civil Engineering sector. This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to cover a period of maternity leave.
About the Role: We’re looking for an ambitious, driven, and proactive individual with a strong sense of initiative. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and supportive environment which offers real professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with diary management and scheduling for the executive members including the HR Director
Managing correspondence on behalf of the Executives
Assisting with the preparation and management of business documents, including minutes and board packs.
Supporting the planning and coordination of events, including the annual Christmas party and corporate events.
Handling the planning and booking of travel and accommodation both for personal and business purposes.
Setting up and organising meetings.
Performing ad hoc duties as required, including purchasing, collecting items, and running errands.The candidate:
Previous experience with a PA/EA role supporting at executive level
A highly organised individual with a can-do attitude.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, especially in document preparation and correspondence
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using various communication and document management tools.
Familiarity with the Civil Engineering sector or a similar industry would be advantageous, though not essential.Location & Work Environment:
Based in a stunning London office with flexible working hours (2-3 days a week in the office).
