- Manage technical cases with care, keeping clients informed and satisfied with progress updates.
- Ensuring requests are resolved in a timely manner, in line with agreed SLA.
- Collaborate with the team to monitor and support client IT systems, using our monitoring software.
- Recognize when to escalate issues and act swiftly to ensure fast resolutions.
- Oversee ongoing technical matters to ensure timely completion.
- Proven track record in problem-solving and staying on top of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience and knowledge across the windows stack which includes Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Windows Servers (2019 & 2022), Microsoft Exchange Server (2019)
- You have the confidence to work on your own initiative and proactively handle challenges.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to relay complex information clearly.
