Northampton – Hybrid (3 Days In / 2 Days Out)

This organization boasts a multinational presence, catering to a broad spectrum of clients, from medium enterprises to significant corporations and public institutions, the company provides an extensive range of services and solutions, leveraging global partnerships to enhance its offerings.

You will be responsible for:

* Addressing advanced service inquiries

* Oversee all technical issues efficiently, keeping clients informed on developments

* Assisting the Technical Team

* Guarantee prompt and efficient resolution of client inquiries; track the status of tasks assigned to the Technical Team

* Supervise clients’ IT infrastructure using monitoring tools

* Timely escalate issues when necessary

You will need:

* Previous experience in a technical service/helpdesk support role

* Knowledge and experience of supporting the Microsoft product portfolio

* Outstanding customer service skills
