Job Title: 1st Line Support Engineer
Location: Northampton
Job Type: Permanent

Are you a passionate problem solver? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environments? If so, our client is looking for a motivated 1st Line Support Engineer to join their Service Desk team!

Role Responsibilities:

Manage technical cases with care, keeping clients informed and satisfied with progress updates.
Ensuring requests are resolved in a timely manner, in line with agreed SLA.
Collaborate with the team to monitor and support client IT systems, using our monitoring software.
Recognize when to escalate issues and act swiftly to ensure fast resolutions.
Oversee ongoing technical matters to ensure timely completion.Requirements:

Proven track record in problem-solving and staying on top of tasks with minimal supervision.
Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
Experience and knowledge across the windows stack which includes Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Windows Servers (2019 & 2022), Microsoft Exchange Server (2019)
You have the confidence to work on your own initiative and proactively handle challenges.
Strong writing skills and the ability to relay complex information clearly.
