Job Description
The Regional Safety Manager is responsible for managing the development and consistent implementation of safety, security, and environmental compliance programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates contact post-award pre-mobilization activities including but not limited to:
Coordination of EHS management tool training
Initiation and tracking of orientation process.
Sends out updates and approvals of received pre-mobilization documentation to sites and upper management.
Sends out templates to aid in subcontractor mobilization.
Initiation of outsourcing of EHS contractors.
Coordinates 2-week training for New EHS hires.
Assists coordinator(s) in document control and development
Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance.
Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
Oversee all subcontractors and contractors.
Update corporate and site specific EHS dashboards.
Oversees all EHS metrics and will send out reports on a routine basis.
