Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate team members.

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and office supply management.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
