Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for Maintain accounting records for Maris Interiors LLP.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Process supplier and sub-contractor invoices

* Maintain procurement records, transferring purchase orders from purchasing system to Coins

* Process weekly supplier payment run

* Manage the accounts team mailbox

If you are AAT Qualified or working to this then that would be advantageous. You will be able to demonstrate at least 1 years’ relevant accounts payable experience gained in a finance division setting. You will be self-motivated and show a high level of competence with management skills & eye for detail in everything you do, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
