Our client is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join their windows & doors division. This role is crucial in driving sales and ensuring seamless customer communication, working alongside a product manager who handles product-related tasks.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager for the Northwest region, the successful candidate will have the flexibility to manage their own territory, focusing on building relationships with both residential and commercial clients. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and is eager to grow a footprint in the Washington market.

Job Responsibilities

Drive outside sales in the windows & doors division, primarily in the Seattle-Tacoma area.

Work closely with the product manager to ensure smooth customer interactions and manage product-related tasks.

Build and maintain relationships with residential and commercial customers.

Oversee a sales territory covering Washington state, adapting to the local markets needs.

Report sales progress and strategies directly to the Northwest Sales Manager.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.

Pursue sales opportunities with a focus on commission and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, specifically in the windows and doors sector.

Familiarity with major industry brands like Anderson, JELD-WEN, Ply Gem, and Simenson.

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and other departments.

A competitive, commission-driven mindset with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.

Knowledge of the Seattle market and its unique customer base is a strong advantage.

Compensation

Base salary of $60-80k, depending on experience, plus commission.

On-target earnings (OTE) exceeding $100k.
