This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a small and sociable Customer Service team in Leeds. Any experience in Customer Service will be considered including Retail, Hospitality or Telephone Customer Service.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45 - 5pm with a 30 minute lunch.

Location: LS18 - free parking

The role:

Speaking to clients - business to business and taking orders for products.
Processing payments.
Handling customer service issues, delivering resolution in line with company standard.
Upselling products, accessories and promotions.
Building relationships with Clients.
Liaising with the distribution and stock team. About you:
