Our client based in South Leeds are looking for a passionate Customer Service candidate to work in their team on an ongoing basis.
Immediate start.
Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30 with half an hour Lunch.

Working from a script you will be responsible for contacting Customers from an internal database. This role would suit someone with a Customer Service background and chasing debt.
Your role-
Take control of call.
Act in a polite professional manner.
Processing payments via the phone.
Update system with relevant notes.About you-
Keen eye for detail.
Methodical.
Excellent customer service.
